Brief Description

Established by Law No. 22/065 of December 26, 2022, FONAREV is a public autonomous institution responsible for providing reparations to victims of conflict-related sexual violence. It ensures free access to justice, financial compensation, psychosocial support, and empowerment for direct victims and their dependents.

Créé par la Loi n°22/065 du 26 décembre 2022, le FONAREV est un établissement public autonome chargé de la réparation des préjudices subis par les victimes de violences sexuelles liées au conflit. Il assure l’accès gratuit à la justice, la réparation financière, le soutien psycho-médical et l’autonomisation des victimes directes et de leurs ayants droit.
